The discovery of pregnancy is often one of the most impactful moments in a person's life. It engenders courage, humbleness and typically a lot of questions!

At Infinite Birthing we've developed a special class just for those in gestational weeks 10-20 to support your early pregnancy embarkation.
In-person, indoors in the community room at Shope Creek Wilderness Collective:
Tuesdays from 5-7:30pm
$125 per pregnant person (partner can attend at no cost)
For a pregnant person alone, or with a partner!
Limited to 8 people/4 couples

Curriculum covers topics such as:
Hormones & the altered state magic of early pregnancy
Establishing mindfulness practices to support the childbearing journey
Accurate gestational dating and what this means for your entire pregnancy
How to choose the right care provider and birthing location for you
Navigating early pregnancy symptoms
Understanding and exploring early pregnancy testing options
